He wasn't asking for so much expensive stuff the last few quests so I gave it a shot.. I only have 10 mil on me though .__. I have plenty of wardrobe items though so maybe someone has one and I can trade an item with them?

Seriously just trying to get past 74 so I can get him as a battle challenger.. last time I was on 74 exactly when I couldn't get the item.
