I have already filed a ticket I am really upset by this, I spent the last two days filling up my cart with items to purchase. painstakingly went through the hair coupons all day to figure out which I really wanted. Hit the purchase button and I did not receive all the items in my inventory that I purchased (plus my cart didn't clear out). The right amount of csc was deducted though!! I had already started putting items away and manually deleting my cart when I realized I was missing a LOT of items :( I should have screenied my cart and my csc on hand before and after cries I hope I get my items that I purchased placed in my inventory!
Sorry to hear that. It happened to me as well - my ticket is still open since they need a programmer to look into it. =/
On the plus side, it happened to me before and it was completely settled, so I have high hopes for both of us. :)

~ Thanks. Sorry to hear it happened to you too! I'm missing a LOT of the hair coupons and a LOT of other items. I was only able to figure out some of what I was missing before the shop got cleared out last night. I just wish things like this wouldn't happen in the first place. I shouldn't have to screenie everything I do. I hope it gets settled crossing fingers =)
