I haven't seen a single one of the come up for sale since the newest Fringe magazine was released.

Is it possible that it was not added to the newest mag by accident? Or is it just that rare? If the coupon was accidentally left out of the new mag, is it possible that it can be offered individually in the Cash Shop since so many people have already purchased the magazine without it as an option?
