I went to the thread with the step by step guide. It's 8:36 pm the glade is open. None of the shopkeepers will talk to me and give me what I need.

It's closed. You can access it if/when staff opens it again. I think the last time it was open was the Vesnali before last.

Esther's quest is only available during Vesnali, which happens in April. Not sure if it's going to be open next year, but hopefully it does.

It all depends on what staff has planned for next Vesnali. It wasn't open this past April.
