So I just got hired at my local DQ. And here in Texas (i dont know about other states) we also serve food along with the ice cream. I've been working at a frozen yogurt shop for over a year now so I thought what the hell I might as well work at DQ. It's so much more money and better management. So for those of you that work there, what can you tell me about it? Do you have any advice or tips for me? Any stories? (: (also where the hell am I supposed to find non slip shoes)

Mst shoe shops have the non slip shoes. Hellmart tends to have a few more styles to pick from, but always check to be sure the style is oked by your store. Some shops will have managers limit it to two styles while others could careless so long as it meets the safety of non slip and oil resistant ect ect. My work at a gas station requires those shoes and the company doesn't care if you buy your own so long as you show them the box to prove they meet the standards.

I've never worked there but I like the ice cream. Great, now I want ice cream!
