I was trying to purchase the Delish Demure tank just now, and my purchase went through. I navigated away from the page and was looking through the cash shop some more, then navigated to my inventory to see that an extra 100CSC had been used and two tanks were in my inventory.

I didn't want two, nor did I click the button twice for purchase. How can I get refunded and have the extra tank/bobble deleted?

Having 2 of the same item happened to me in the quest point shop,I made a ticket still waiting to see what is going to happen.

The same thing happened to me a week ago with the quest point shop. I filed a ticket and they refunded my points, and it seems like I wasn't the only one it happened to.

The same thing happened to me but it was weeks ago and I never thought to put a ticket in. I figured I must have double clicked on it or just was not used to the cash shop.

Yeah, file a ticket and they'll be able to refund you the 100 csc. c: Subeta has been pretty wonky lately.
