i've had this account since i was 13 and at the time i was going through an unfortunate weeaboo phase and crapped out "kyoko_sock". but i've had this un for so long (over 6 years now) and i've been pretty consistently active so it would feel weird signing in with anything else lol

but so many beautiful usernames to be reaped from the inactive accounts... idk, help me make up my mind? also share some good un's that are up for the taking, if you can. also what are the un's you've gone through on subeta?

I used to go by NightDesi but making the swap is one of the best decisions I have made. It sets the tone for my acct and works with my personality. It is weird to make the change but totally worth it if you really like something else better! Good luck finding something you like!!!!

I also had a hard time deciding, but it was one of the best Subeta-related decisions I've made until now. My UN was Emedi first (which was taken from an spanish fantasy book. It was the name of the main character), as my main username was banned from a previous account that got suspended. It felt okay in the beginning, but it eventually became annoying, as I hadn't "created" that name and I didn't relate with that book anymore. The change felt weird, but I love my current username! Long story short (and sorry for the wall of text): I think you'll be able to find some cool UN that match your current interests, so give it a try!

I use to be TsunamiStar when I joined but when they had the last mass clearing I managed to get Thor. I double clicked by accident so I never saw the page that said I had successfully changed my name and came up with an error saying that the name was taken. My heart fell for a second until I saw Thor on my dashboard. I actually screamed I was so excited!

I'd change it. I went through an OHMYGODLOTR phase in which I made up an elf name for myself (Kyradriel) and it was my username on everything for about 5 years. I'm into a million other things now and decided I wanted a name that was just me and not related to any one fandom. Luckily, my real first name became available sometime last year? The year before? Anyways, I changed it and I'll never change it again. Very happy with it. You should choose something that relates to you and not something that you may or may not still like in a month or a year, etc.

I started with InBetweenDreams and changed to Bratty about two weeks ago. So happy I did. :) Do whatever makes you happy!

I started with unforgottendream then changed to Dizzy and then to my current name. Changing your username from time to time is fun. I recommend changing it. :)

I had my real name and an alternate for my current one as usernames.

Looked at your profile and thought I'd mention that tumblr & Canada are avaiable usernames. Also Username & Station. Just to name some basic things, I'm sure you'll find lots of free names if you're looking up some interests or just words you like.

I say go for it! If you really don't like your new one after a while you can always change it to something else or back to what it was (or something similar.) Once you start looking at names you might find one that you fall in love with :)
