I'm making this post for me friend because Subeta's layout is glitching for her and she cannot really access the site at all. No matter what she does the layout still acts all glitched and not working. She's taken a screenshot to show just what's going on.
She has the newest version of Firefox and is using Windows XP.
Is anyone else by any chance getting this glitch? Thank you for your time.
Yeah she tried normal refreshes, hard refreshes... the layout won't return to normal at all.
I've seen that happen from time to time, but it's always gone away after refreshing. I'm also using Firefox, but on Windows 7.
Has she tried using a different browser to see if the same thing happens? Is she using any addons which could be causing problems?
I think this is the same you are getting while browsing Subeta. Seems you aren't alone after all.
Thanks for the ping! I'm getting some weird layout glitches as well, not exactly looking like yours but I can wait for it to happen again and then I will upload a screenshot as well. It often happens due questing so it is double annoying. :/
This tends to happen when the site times out before finishing loading the page. If a hard reset doesn't work try clearing your browser's cache and browsing cookies. Otherwise, you might want to check your internet connection - I get this a lot when my internet randomly drops (and then sometimes reconnects without some type of popup).
I am getting this same issue as well. I have hardly been on Subeta for days because it's so broken it is unusable.
It is definitely NOT an Internet connectivity issue, as Reya suggested. hard refreshing does nothing. It's been like this for days. Subeta was working fine one day, then the next it wasn't. I didn't change any settings on my computer, didn't get any new addons or disable any. I REALLY think this is on Subeta's end. =|
update: I just tried accessing Subeta via Chrome as I was typing this and it's working fine for Chrome. Firefox? Not so much. Hope this is addressed soon.
I doubt it is my internet connection, considering that all other pages I am looking at are perfectly fine. Here I "only" have to click a few times and it goes back to normal again, my browser gets cleaned of cookies and cache regulary.
I also had this weird page again and I uploaded a screenie of it.
Latest version of Firefox, Windows Vista. Yeah.
Hmmm I haven't heard back from them about the issue but I will let them know and see if they are still getting the problem.
Like others have already stated I highly doubt that this issue is related to anyone's internet connection. I'm tied to the same router as (and since I'm the one with the WLAN-stick my connection is "worse" and generally more unstable than hers) but I haven't had any problems with the Subeta layout.
Same thing is happening to me. All day today. Newest version of Firefox and Windows 7. EDIT: Hard refresh seems to have fixed it for me.
It's possible your browser is having trouble connecting to node.subeta.net for the live events, or the shoutbox.
If you have the shoutbox open (even if it's minimized) try removing it from your sidebar and seeing if that fixes the problem.

Actually I do not use the Shoutbox and never will and I also don't have the widget for it in my sidebar. Often my Subeta goes randomly on www.subeta.net instead of only subeta.net and it needs a lot of attempts to load the site on subeta.net only again, and mostly on the www part the glitches appear. Not sure if this is also a bug from Subeta's side.
Are you still having this issue?

I came here to check if there was already a thread about this or not, and I found this one.
The layout for me looks fine, but the drop down menus are not working and the alerts are the side will not go away, even if I delete them. It seems on and off for me. It'll work properly for 2 minutes, then glitch again for 10 or more.
Actually you may want to check out the board below. It seems to be more the problem you are having. It may have something to do with javascript. They are trying to work through things there!

Haven't had this happening for a while now, thanks for the reminder. Actually I did not have www.Subeta.net anywhere for a while now, so I think for me this was the issue.
