Ok, recently I went to Subeta > Games > Collection > Treasure Maps I was bored so I decide, meh why not.
I went to usershops and buy around 10 sets of maps, around 18m for all.
So, I claim 1 by 1 and this is what I got.

8,136 sP Arid Montre Elixir Tiny Blue Replacement Bulbs Deadcadent Surprise Cupcake Brown Cable Knit Sweater Dress Blue Heart and Diamond Lingerie The first thing I notice was the extremely low amount of sP given. I mean it seems to range from like 8k-10k+. Don't get me wrong but that's nothing after you went for the trouble into collecting all those pieces. The second thing I notice was the 5 items that go from rare(r66) to super rare(r99). I know there are multiple expensive super rare items but most of those items are obtainable by shops, vending, mystery box, and random events. To make this usable maybe try add chances to obtain retire items, token shops, crystal shop, past event items, ect. 1 warranty past item plus 4 rare to super rare items seems a lot better. Also, maybe try to increase the reward given to like 200k-500k. After all, it's a treasure map not the change in your couch.
This is not feedback on an image revamp, but a suggestion for improving a game. Moving to S&I.
It'd be nice if the rewards for the original treasure maps were updated. The only real incentive for completing one right now is for access to the Blue Building. Once you've done that, there's not much point in completing another.
There shouldn't be an amazing reward every time you complete a map. It should be a gamble, but as it is now it doesn't seem at all worthwhile. I'd be more interested if there was a chance of getting something really special. Some unique map rewards might be a good addition too?
Agreed on the exclusive map rewards. Maybe a few treasure / pirate themed wearables, a couple of stickers or a plushie or two?
I don't see the need for this. Not that it wouldn't be fun, but it wouldn't be more fun.
Humans are optimistic by nature. It may not seem that way to you, but it's true. No matter what the rewards for these maps are, people will buy and redeem them hoping for something good. So much so that the pieces are priced the way that they are. You may like to think the vendors are especially crazy or the buyers are all so otaku, but I do not. People also hate not knowing stuff, so the Omen Island maps are hugely overpriced compared to any benefit for access there. In each case, there is a sP price that corresponds to that agency or curiosity, over and above the "actual price" of the map pieces.
Now maybe, they wouldn't be priced to high if there weren't achievements or rewards for doing so separate from completing them once. But there are rewards of Achivements and access to Blue Building or Omen Islands and likely always will be. If that's the sole reason for their price though, then if they started giving out nice stuff, their price would not stay the same, they'd go up higher.
Maybe a combination of these ideas would work. Increase the sP reward to an appropriate level, have one or two map-exclusive items and a few high-rarity items (maybe take a look at updating that pool of items, too).
Dunno if this is a good idea or not, but...maybe the Blue Building could have its own map set? The reward being access to the building and/or a smallish sP prize. On one hand it seems kind of silly to have a map to an extremely conspicuous building in Centropolis, and I don't know if that can even be done - would it mess things up for people who already have access to the building? Would splitting into two sets of maps be a good sP sink or just an inconvenience? Not really sure, just throwing it out there for consideration.
