How do I make a Sweetheart Neela?

I looked in the cash shop and they don't have a sweetheart neela elixir.

I looked in the help thread where pet colors and info is explained but the sweetheart color is not explained.

You need to make a normal Neela (any color you want) and then use a to make them Sweetheart.
