I haven't been on Subeta in a while. How much would something like the above sell for in USD/CSC/sP?

I wouldn't go below $20/2000csc for definite, but it depends on how long you take really, make sure you don't go below min-wage (living wage is even better). I'd personally be willing to go to... $30-40/3000-4000csc, since most characters I'm interested in ever getting art for a bit more detailed (and that's about the limit of what I can afford for a bust). So depending on complexity $20-$60, maybe only as high as $40 if you're not so confident at keeping a constant quality level up at the moment (though this is a beautiful piece and confidently done I'd have no issue assuming you can draw more than just that one), maybe raising prices later. I actually have a character I'd be very interested in getting art like this off if you ever set up shop =3 If you want a set price then your best bet is to set yourself an hourly rate and time yourself working on a medium-complexity image and use that as your base line =3

Thanks so much for the information. I think the $20/2000 csc seems like a good amount to start off with depending on details and what not. But, yeah, I think I should start timing myself and see how long it takes me to finish something. The problem with that is that I take a lot of breaks haha! But I'll just use my stopwatch and pause it each time. Thanks for the idea! I have been thinking of setting up a shop after I finish a personal project. I can ping you when I do. You might find this useful too LINK you can set the hourly to whatever you like =3 I'm bad for taking breaks too, I'm so easily distracted, which is why I've never charged by the hour ;w; just set prices, but I'm trying to get better, livestreaming helps because even if no one is watching I feel like they are and don't stop.
