Hello ! Lately, and I are getting a LOT of customs with comments like "We made a few changes but it was hard because the item was so small." This has always happened once in a great while, but lately it is happening a LOT - like on more than half of the tribute items we're getting.

So we wanted to give you guys a friendly reminder - changes NEED to be listed.

If it is something really, really, REALLY small - like say, a tiny hair clip - generally it is okay to NOT make four changes (unless it is a super unique hair clip that is 100% unique to that character). However, saying things like "We changed the shape but nothing else since it's a simple item" on something that CAN and should have four changes isn't going to continue to fly. Color, "material", etc, are all things that can be changed. We aren't doing this to torture you guys, we promise - we just NEED this to be fair and consistent.

Please make sure from now on you are making four true changes and that you are listing them, or we'll be forced to deny items and ask for the item to be resubmitted with the proper information! Thank you SO much for you cooperation, everyone - we really appreciate it!
