I've noticed this a few times and am getting rather upset with how the Custom Wearables slot system works now.

If I slot someone for a CW and they for any reason reject the CW slot through the system (if they don't have the csc or were slotted twice let's say) instead of the slot going back in MY name, it is transferred to a random username!

This is rather troubling for me as I just submitted a private gown and as someone had been slotted twice, they rejected one slot, and it suddenly went to another users username who I had NEVER offered a slot to. I am wondering if this is happening to others.

This could cause a LOT of problems. I am one who doesn't like my items going to people who didn't claim slots, if that person had noticed the payment ping and decided to keep it, I would've lost a copy of my CW to someone who never had the right to it.

I don't like this ''reject slot'' function if it is coded to give the slot to another random user when it is clicked.

The first time I noticed it was a couple weeks ago, but I thought it was a mistake the first time, today I got really upset seeing it isn't just a quick glitch

the one time a slot was rejected on an item i submitted, it was reassigned to me but no event was ever given~

this happened to me!! But they said they had never heard of it before when I submitted a ticket. So annoying! Hope it gets fixed.

anyway - this has happened to me twice out of the three times i've had someone reject an item. the one time, it simply slotted me in and i did get an event for payment, unlike it seems.

the other two times, two random users were assigned - one time it actually happened to be the next person in line for a slot so i assumed the user who rejected a slot filled their name in - i thought maybe it was a new feature. the other time it was a user who had bought from me in the past, but hadn't been in line for this particular item.

this actually sheds more light on something that has happened to me in the past: one day i logged on and saw that i had been slotted for a private item that i wasn't "supposed" to have been eligible to buy; i think it was CHIC only - and i didn't even know the item existed until i was slotted for it! i rejected the slot since i'm sure someone else was supposed to get it, but until now i didn't connect the two events! this happened at least a couple months ago btw.

edit: some additional info, the time it happened to me where i was the one that was assigned the random slot was when the came out; i don't have an exact date but it seems to be way earlier than any of the other events. might be helpful info!

That bugs me that you MADE A TICKET and they didn't do anything to fix it... makes me sad that tickets about issues users are having are just discounted if they've never heard of it.... that's pretty sad

This is DEFINITELY a glitch and not the way the system is designed to go (obviously!) I will alert the programmers to it immediately because it is a pretty big issue! Hopefully I can get this straightened out soon for you guys. Thanks for the ping, :)

It wasn't just 'dismissed' - it was being trouble-shooted via ticket as well (I just checked and the ticket is still ongoing). Please don't assume we just 'dismiss' it if we've never heard of it! This IS a problem we've never had before, so we don't have a solution for it yet. Keep in mind that most of us that work for Subeta aren't programmers, so these things kind of go beyond our scope of knowledge and we need to check it out with other people =)

I've alerted those that CAN fix it now, and I'll keep you all updated to what goes on.

There is a ton of stuff going on with custom wearables and programming, and something like this can take a long time of trying to replicate and then find out what the exact issue is. Please don't take that out on your lovely minimods (or UAs in tickets!) because there isn't a lot they can do after it's been reported except help us :)

I've just pushed some code that I think should fix this. Let me know if it happens again.

I was just assigned a slot on something I never slotted on (did not get an event for this either). I tried to reject the slot and it reloads the page with the item still under "Payments You Owe"

I hope this gets fixed soon! Because I don't think Keith's changes fixed anything
