I know there are several on site, now. Things that add facial features like cheekbones, chins, noses, etc... but I can't remember any of the names. Halp plz.

Unfortunately, there's very little in the way of noses as the staff is rather... petulant about them being used for zombies and making them appear more human/easy to dress.

There's only a handful that I know of, sadly, and the noses they give are just little shadows.

And then there's this makeup that's useful, it does give a shadow to the nose, but it's really useful when you layer with a few of the cheekbone items
