I can add stickers to my friends’ albums but for people not on my friends list I keep getting this error: Oh No! User doesn't exist! It started happening last night. I’ve tried on both Chrome and Firefox and still get the error message.

I was just able to stick you. When you put in the name are you copying and pasting it? Is it possible there is a space before or after the name? That would be a reason for the error.

Yes, I've been copying/pasting it. Let me try adding one to your album and see if it works. :)

It works! I think maybe there was a space involved. Did you want to try the user you were trying before?

I just tried adding a sticker to someone's album here: http://subeta.net/forums.php/read/5604/Slap-a-sticker-on-the-person-above-you and got the same error message. That's what happened last night. Same board, different person. It seems I'm the only one having the problem though. Double checked to make sure there were no spaces.

[edit] That's weird. I just tried it again and it worked.

I tried it again and it worked. So I tried adding one to a different person's album and got the same error message. It seems to work some time but not all the time for me. The two people I tried were PoodlePuff and Undoubtedly.

I am going to leave this open for a programmer to look into because I cannot replicate it myself. :) Hang tight while we get you some help!

It is happening to me as well. Began yesterday. If I copy and paste the name I get that message but then if I go back and select the name from the drop down list I can stick the sticker.

Ah! Glad to know it's not just me! Last night it took me a while to finally get it to work. I was determined to add a sticker to Undoubtedly's album. :) Today it's been sort of on and off (unless it's someone on my friend list). So I guess I'll just wait until the problem's fixed.

I just had this problem a lil bit ago. It only happened with certain user names. I had to retype the names in for them to send.
