Im getting a coupon for free plain chobani yogurt.I have to review it and have to make something with it.First thing popped in my head was a smoothie..but I have no blender.So then I thought a parfait.
Ive never made a parfait so what would I need other than my Greek yougurt.Im on a budget..A very tight one.
I found this "1/4 cup dry oats (or what ever health cereal you have on hand) 1/4 cup strawberries (in the winter I only have mixed frozen berries so that is what I use) 7 walnuts 1 cup 0% greek yogurt stevia (one small package) Stir yogurt and stevia together. Layer the berries, oats and walnuts in a decorative fashion. Place your parfait into a glass."
If I went with that I would have to get rid of the walnuts..Ive never had stevia and don't want to spend money on things I don't know if I will like or not.I can't afford to waste any money on things I might end up disliking.
