Soooooo, it's been over a month since I referred my friend, I got my referral point, but not my CSCs. I filed a ticket a week ago, but I still don't have my credits or any idea what's going on with the situation and it's getting a little more than frustrating at this point. I feel like there's just nothing I can do, because I don't want to keep blowing up the ticket like a jerk wad, but I want my dang credits!!! -_-

Has anyone else had this issue before? And if so, how long did it take for it to be resolved?

If it was over a month ago you are aware you're only entitled to 25 CSC, right? Since the updated 500 CSC per referral wasn't implemented until April 25th.

And honestly, even if you still haven't gotten that 25 CSC that sucks. I've never had to wait this long for something to be fixed that involved an item or money or something, but I'm still waiting on quite a few bugs and glitches to be fixed and it's been like 8+ months for some. :/ It sometimes feels like staff isn't doing a lot, but I know they also have a lot to do, so sometimes I'm just not able to see it since it doesn't pertain to me.

If you're ticket was closed and you weren't awarded CSC, though, I don't think it'd be rude to make another. If it's still open, give them time. I think after 3 days of no one posting in the ticket it's closed anyway.

I guess I'm not 100% sure of when she joined, so that could be an issue too. But I already had some CSC for watching the videos or whatever before that too. I have tried to go back and do that again just to earn a few extra on the side, but the video will.not.load. It's driving me crazy.

Although if she did join in April before the 25th I'd probably still be kind of ticked off about missing the mark since it wasn't even suggested that change would take place. Otherwise I would of just had her wait, or waited myself to have her join. I'm almost 100% sure she joined some time in April, but for some reason her dumb page wont load so I can't check. To be fair, that's probably just an issue on my end of the computer and not Subeta's fault because it does that with some profiles for some reason... But they still show if I'm on a different computer. I dunno.

Between a crumby computers, new updates to the site and changes to rewards given, I feel like my head might explode. @.@

Only having 30 or whatever CSC is basically completely friggin' useless, so I was kind of hoping for that extra little bit. Either way, it's still quite annoying.
