I tried to edit my old thread, but I think it's broken, so new thread! (lock the old please?)

Most BGs that I like here has very bright colours, so I thought, why not make something to dim them a little to make HAs stand out more? :3 Note: this is not a foreground item, but a backdrop that leaves the HA base alone!
