My pet is tier 5 and i've defeated the dark cloud sylph twice but I just can't get him now. Any suggestions on weapons or strategies?

Similar here, I've gotten him 3 times, tied, and then lost. I'm not sure on the etiquette of posting on another's thread, but I figure it gets her some help too when she comes back and I'm not cluttering up the forum with a new thread? I hope that's decent logic :P

I'm using

shrine of apollonia Ice freezing wand of doom mystical star shuriken tigrean machete malevolent grimfruit (w/Blessing of Natural Armor Tear Crystal) forj tempered shield shinwas temple shard reviver of the lion

and I have two scrolls: Champion and Still Pool using 9/21 alchemy points

I find my biggest problem in general is not hitting hard enough. Is there a better tier 5 or lower attacker I could be using?

Pet stats: level 235 speed 587 all else 588

Well, you can definitely update your healing scroll - I think the Champion scroll only heals 15 hp? [item2=Divine Denizhen Scroll] heals 5% and blocks a little of all icons, helpin you to stay alive longer. If that's too expensive for you, then maybe [item2=Singed Stuffing Scroll] which heals I think 4% and deals some damage.

About weapons I'm not sure, since I didn't pay attention to the icons the turtle deals.
