This is what comes up for me whenever I try to log in on Firefox. It lets me enter my login info on the home page (or login page depending on what you're doing), but then reverts to the screenie shown. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling FF to see if that may help and nothing. I'm using the most recent version of FF. I hate Chrome but I'm being forced to use it until this gets fixed as I'm not facing this issue on it.

Hm...That's odd. I'm currently using FireFox right now, but I know that sometimes you can have errors with certain sites if you have corrupt cookies or cache. Have you tried clearing those? Even if you uninstalled and reinstalled FF, the problem may remain if you didn't clear your cookies and cache first. Check here CLICK , and follow the steps. It should work.

Hm. Do you know if your FF browser is up to date and running on its latest version? I'm not sure if that could even be the cause to this kind of problem, but it can't hurt to check. '

It should be - I just reinstaled it earlier today and I think it only installs the latest version? I may be wrong, but it seems logical enough.

Sorry for the wait. Try this: At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, go over to the Help menu and select About Firefox. The About Firefox window should appear and the version number is listed underneath the Firefox name. Also, opening the About Firefox window will, by default, start an update check to see if an updated version of Firefox is available.

I had the same problem some time ago, for me it helped to activate the option to allow 3rd party cookies, after that everything worked again. My fresh installed FF had cookies disabled by default, check this better. Maybe it works for you too.
