Looks like I can't create a topic on any other boards...I get a "oh no! you're not allowed here" message. Is it because I'm new or is there some kind of bug?

i tried making a topic on the "problems & bugs" forum but i got the same error, so i tried making it on the "help & questions" forum but… same error. i guess it'll just take some time for everything to get working properly.
