I clicked on her yesterday night I believe and instead of any information she says

"Yes, that’s one of them! How did you… where did you… anyway, thank you! If you happen to find any more, let me know!"

I don't think I had anything in my inventory relating to a new quest so.. ??? Anyone else have the same problem?

You don't have any of the Vesnali Egg's in your inventory?

The only thing in my inventory with Egg in it is the Egg in a Basket that I bought. Like I literally have no idea what the quest is in the first place? Cause she never told me? And I'm not horribly active on here, just clicking on stuff from the DC and buying stuff in the Token Shop so I don't know what could have triggered it?

Did you go looking for any Vesnali Eggs yet? Esther's new "quest" requires you finding Vesnali Eggs via random events (buying does not count)--basically just visit any and every page on the site and if you happen to find an egg, you'll get a popup notification and the egg will appear in your inventory. There's 8 eggs in total. A list of all 8 (as well as other useful info) can be found here.

Thank you for the info! But I didn't? Like that's the thing, I read the news that Esther had a quest, went to the shop page, clicked the 'talk to her' and that's the text she had instead of anything about needing help.

Well...that's strange, I think? Unfortunately I've already finished the quest so I can't check if she said the same thing to me in the beginning. Maybe try going on several different pages and see if an egg pops up?

So I went looking around and found that Esther will change her message once you have all the eggs with you (someone said this in the comments for the news posting about Esther). Otherwise, not sure if this is a glitch :/

If I recall correctly, the first time you visit Esther's shop after the quest was implemented it will automatically show you the dialog/start the quest. It's possible that you double-clicked the link, so you missed it. There aren't any buttons you have to click to start the quest.

In any case the original dialogue was something something "I"m not absent minded but I lost these eight eggs I was gonna give to Charity look for them please?"
