Although I am still technically a noob, I notice that so many of you have been on Subeta for 3, 4, 5, even 8 years long. I have never seen such loyalty to any other site. Just curious, but I wonder what makes you so loyal to Subeta?Is it any one thing, or what?

All the fun plots and events, training my pet, collecting beanbags, etc. - the list goes on. :)

You always feel welcomed back whenever you return from a period of inactivity, too.

Earning achievements, wardrobe, my cult, learning new stuff (CSS). There are so many things to do that I never have enough time to get it all done so I have to come back the next day...and the next...and the next.

I guess it basically comes down to having fun and getting a sense of accomplishment.

I'm not the most active user. I have long periods where I don't play for a few months sometimes, but I always came back for events. It's always been pretty easy to jump back in where I left off.

I like doing quests in the evening and collecting; Subeta's just a nice place to wind down. Plus the art is great.

Events + new food items. Knowing that if I stay away too long I'll regret not getting certain cash shop items when they were affordable x_x

Gorgeous new pets and items. <3 I'm always excited to look through the news now and then to see what the artists have created. The new pet slot each year lets me own some of them too!

I've been on neo longer than subeta and met people that have played verpets and such for multiple years as well, so you not seeing such loyalty is just happenstance. It's not unusual.

I keep coming back because if I spend too long away, I miss my pets. I form emotional bonds with my artwork, and writing is art.

Plots, events, playing dress-up, and interaction with my sisters who live hours away from me.

For me it's been curiousity. I have been a member for the past 9 years and although I have been inactive the majority of that time, I like to check in every few months and see how the site is going. Now I login daily to stay in contact with my cult and do a bit in the plots, and read and participate in the forums.

The staff keeps the site interesting. I enjoy collecting new seasonal and plot items, new wearables, new achievements, and they revamp things. Sure it's frustrating when stuff gets revamped but then I start to like it as I get used to it. I like dressing up my avatar. Sending gifts to my irl best friend. Training my pet. Vending. Etc.

...a crippling wardrobe addiction :(

A lot of things! I play several virtual pet sites (I'm semi-active on about 5 right now, plus Flight Rising) but Subeta is the only one where I'm consistently active. In fact, my version of being "inactive" on Subeta still tends to involve being online for around two hours a day.

I like to consider Subeta my happy place. I love my pets on here, to the point where I get more excited over new pet slots than any actual holidays or my birthday or anything like that. I really enjoy training my pets and looking for new items for their Treasure Chests. I like to develop characters and I find it much easier to do if I have some kind of representation of my character on a petsite (because then I can plan out profiles and such, without having to make my own site, and I can make goofy AU versions of the character where they're a virtual pet : P), so even though it takes me ages to do anything with my pets... just having them on here helps me develop their characters in my head. I'm also really ridiculously into seeing new color/species combo become available; the art for Subeta is my absolute favorite out of any petsite art I've ever encountered. I just... love the art style so, so much, and I get so excited when new pets that I like come out!

I love looking at other peoples' pets too, it's really great to see the effort put into them, and I love that there really is a huge variety of characters on here. I mean, yeah, there are some that are same-y, but that's to be expected when there are thousands and thousands of pets, really.. :'D

I almost always really enjoy the events/plots on Subeta, with only a few exceptions, so if there's something going on, I have to be here. I also have never had any troubles with the community myself (although I certainly won't deny that there's drama, lol) and I've made some really good friends on here, so that helps a lot.

There's more I could say, but I'll stop here haha. This website really means a lot to me, even with its flaws, and I can't ever imagine being inactive here, let alone leaving more than, like, one day.

... My friends. Well those that still talk to me. And then, my wardrobe.

But Subeta can save me from boredom. (Reason # 1)

I can always find something to do on here and can seriously sit here for like 12+ hours and not get bored...since the revamp, I LOVE doing my quests and get annoyed on days where I can't do them lol, I love collecting things - mainly minions, food, beanbags and random cute things. I enjoy rs' ing and vending, I love my friends here and I've grown so attached to my pets...even if it looks like I do nothing with them!! I love subeta - glitches and all and can't see myself leaving anytime soon :)
