I want to put another defense weapon in the blank space (or exchange the schinwas helmet for a better one) and remove the exploding encyclopedia, putting an infinite use weapon (attack). What about another Cosmic Scimitar? And instead of another defense weapon, maybe putting that freezer gun in the Battle Shop?

Well, idk... Any suggestions?

P.S. I wish I could buy a Phoenix Quill, but I just don't like the idea of expending more than twice the official price. The quill will probably be soon in the Mill Center, and I will wait.

[edit] Also, the spells Morosbane and Black Rose Summit are ok for a pet with 22 APs?

Im so glad you posted this, i just reached tier 4, and am looking for help choosing another infinite/constant weapon. My set The last 3 items are the problem, I dont know which one to choose as my infinite use weapon with the grimfruit? The slayer of souls is a very decent item for 2000sp,the clockwork grenade is in the steamworks menagerie as is the wrist pistol if you've got the coins. Also, should I go mad and buy the replica minotaur knocker, I know everythings inflated at the moment. as for scrolls Ive got Telson, Divine Denhizen, Cobalt Eternal, I was advised its good to get defence scrolls. Please understand, Im only a learner as well, and a lot better people on here hopefully will advise.

It's one of those once per battle items that does a little of everything. Very helpful even when your pet gets stronger.

The Staff of the Monkey King is ok. The KT Ring also could be replaced for the UltimaPlus Tag that Virus said (the opponents on our tier doesn't commonly have nice weapons to steal, but keep that ring to the future or buy a Truth Serum if you have Reading Drive Points). But DON'T BUY the Minotaur Knocker, it deals low damage in tier 4 (16 icons), and I don't think it's a great weapon, ever for higher tiers. There are way better weapons (even id they cost like... 4 or 5 times the replica knocker price :P)

I like the Cosmic Scimitar, but it can be a little expensive ('cause it's a donation item), but I don't regret. I'm just wondering about buying another one...

Also, thanks for the advice on the scrolls. I'm going to buy the Divine Denizhen and maybe Cobalt Eternal soon.

For the DD scroll you should check how much it costs in total to make it cause it could be lower than directly buying the scroll.

yup, I know, scrolls are way cheaper when made at the Shrine. Also, the DD scroll isn't in the shops (and I would prefer to buy a level 5 scroll if it's way too high xD)

I bought a cosmic scimitar, it is good! what crystal are you using on yours? theres always too many choices :0) I also changed my scrolls, from mostly defence to a bomb:Morosbane 15ap, and the Divine Denizhen 7ap,but i'll have to get reading more books. thank you for your help. :0)

Yes, Morosbane is really good. But I'll also increase my AP to get the Cobalt Eternal and Denizhen that you said, together with Morosbane. I'm in need of a defense weapon, so a scroll is the best choice.

Also, thanks for reminding me. I forgot that there were mod crystals. I'm going to read some guide to see what each crystal do (and see the slots of my weapons) and make some combinations.

But I think it's nice to combine crystals of icons that your weapon don't do (like, the cosmic scimitar does dark and electric damage, and maybe some ice. It'd be nice to put some crystals that deal fire, magma or other icons)

[edit] well, I was seeing SubetaLodge's list of modifications and I didn't found anything THAT good. I'm going with the baguette crystals (buying them in the Battle Shop, because it's cheaper). Since the cabochon, eye of royalty, moonstone, marquise, etc. crystals are unobtainable, the only left are the baguette, tear crystals, and a little bit more (that adds some chance of cursing, stealing, etc.)

I would like the Singed Baguette, but it's expensive for a +5 icon mod (+ 8% chance of activating a curse that deals 8 icons for 5 rounds), and I don't feel ok to buy a 500 CSC tome that gives me the Forj opponent

Im wondering about that, because the Crystal descriptions say, it boosts that effect, so if your weapon doesnt have that effect will it add it, or do nothing? The 'Critical Strike' and 'Blessings of natural armour' are supposed to be good, and the singed baguettes, but then it gets more expensive. Im going to use this quiet time to train up & save. I hope you got some good stuff from the recent plot. Just read your edit, I dont fancy paying for the forj but I'd like it lol. I dont know if the curses hit you or your enemy, ill have to go read some more, I find myself reading more than battling, but they say the pen is mightier than the sword lol.

well, I also think they're really expensive, so I'm going with the element Baguettes, it's +6 icons every turn (yes, i'll add that to all my weapons :P) it'd be nice if there were T4 weapons that deals at least 21 or 22 icons (better if it haves a chance of dealing more, like the Scimitar) with 2 mod slots, but life isn't perfect heheh I'm wanting so bad to reach T7 to start using legendary combinations with 4 baguette... :P

[edit] I didn't got any weapons from the plot. Weapons were given only for the top 50 fighters. I was fighting from my phone, so you can see that I obvsl wasn't one of them :P

When your weapon do the curse, it affects your opponent (unless if it's a healing curse, like the Thunderball curse, that heals 750 HP for 3 turns and protects you agains freezing)

The best kind of mod crystals are the Parched and Singed Baguette ones. Also using the Natural Armor Crystal is pretty helpful if you get the blessing up, protects you from getting your weapons stolen and also offers a nice boost in blocking some icons. Not overall the best but still helpful when you need it.

Now that I'm seeing... The Singed Baguette isn't that expensive... 8 weapons, 8 crystals, 1,7m. That's payable for at least +10 icons/round. Thanks

Sometimes it's not the best idea to spread out your icons (putting crystals on your weapon that deal different damage than your weapon does), because some opponents defend a little bit of everything. If your damage is also a little bit of everything, then a lot of it will be blocked, but if you stack all your damage in one icon type, then much less of it will be defended by the opponent. Ofcourse this depends on the actual opponent, since some have full blockers against certain icon types, and then ofcourse it's better to spread your damage to different icons. But for this I usually just use a different weapon instead of changing my crystals around.
