I decided to use one of the loyalty boxes I've had to change the name of one of my pets. I found a name I liked, but it was taken. However, this message is at the top of the page of the pet with said name: "This pet belongs to an inactive account! You can create a new pet, or change a pet name to this name!"

So, I tried using my Loyalty Petname Totem to change to said name, but this message came up: "Oh No! You cannot change your name to a pet that already exists!"

I don't know if this is a just a bug with the item used, or the page of the pet with the name, or what.

Edit: Forgot to say, I'm on Windows 8.1 and I'm using Opera browser at the moment.

You may want to file a ticket and see if they can help you to change it from their end. I do want to let you know they are aware of the problem.

Search here to make sure the pet name is still clear and wasn't snagged while you were changing your pet name.

Annnnd now I'm seeing I've miss-typed the name originally. Ugh now I feel stupid. Sorry! This can be locked.
