That entire story has SO MUCH COMMA ABUSE OMG.

Anyway, I doubt the dog was consciously thinking, 'Oh, I'm going to perform CPR because she's going into cardiac arrest!'. He probably sensed something amiss and jumped on her chest to get her attention. Either way, what a stroke of luck in adopting that dog, should his jumping have helped her. See, another good reason for why you should adopt. ❤
