The scode topic=# directs to the new forums, not the regular forums. You get this error: Oh No! The test forums are only available here!

Then when you click the link "here" you go to the general test forums page, not to the thread you're looking for.

EDIT: examples Minions that look like digimon

I'd like to know if this code will eventually work again or if it'll be replaced.

I noticed this and it's very bothersome, especially when mods link a broken topic and lock the thread, leaving you in confusion.

I hope this is fixed soon. It's a handy piece of code when you want to direct someone to another thread, and this bug is annoying.

I'm surprised to see mods still using it. Do they not realise it's broken ,or is it force of habit? :/ It doesn't help anyone if you send people to a thread with a link that doesn't even work. D:

I know I have stopped using it. It might be that some don't know that it doesn't work.

[edit] I also want to note that the link may be in old threads because it would be crazy to go back and change all those.

You can still use the link to find the thread you've been referred to, its a hassle though. If you right click on the topic link (in FF, I'm not sure about other browsers), there should be an option to copy the link, then paste it somewhere to find the number - http://subeta.net/forums.php/read/903329, then copy the number into the right reference: http://subeta.net/forums/view/ADD#HERE, then copy that to the address bar.
