What kind of stats should a pet have before you even begin battling? I've been training Suela for a day or two, and I'm not too sure when I should jump in. I've already lost to the punching bag. xD

It all depends on which opponent you are fighting. The easy opponents generally require little to no training. With the right weapons, you can probably beat challengers like Willowisp or Buttwing Bomber.
