This sounded fun so I wanted to try. Would something like this work? The hair is just hair salon hair, the eyes are Professor new Overkill Mascara layer over Gross Apple Core, and she's wearing Lililae GoldenRags ripped and torn Stockings and Flashback Materiel Girl Dress. There might be cheaper alternatives to some of these things too.
