where is the winner page from csc daily winner? i never seen it

Each day there are 20 winners, who get told individually on the Major Drills page. They aren't announced in public. :)

so how do we know who the winner ?

- you don't unless they choose to brag about it on the Brag & complaining board, or otherwise mention it somewhere.

last question does the winner choose the first 20 user quickly done the major drill quests or random for one day?

~ the 20 winners are all chosen randomly each day. It doesn't matter how quickly the quests are done.
