Hello. I never ever was interested in Artifacts, until now. Can they all do something special?

Not sure what you are asking. An artifact rarity doesn't have anything to do with what an item does. It's just a rarity that applies to things that do not restock in regular shops.

Gustiss is just a minion. Items designated 'Artifact' are items that stock in the Token Shop, Blackheart Hollow, or the Millionaire Center. They're not all weapons, there are all kind of items that are classified as 'Artifact.'
