my wife was logged out and cant remember her password she sent for it but recieved an email of gibberish with no password. She cant get back in dont they send you your password?

she should be able to file a ticket without being logged in. A staff member will then be able to help her./

thanks she discovered the gibberish is what you need to redo your password. all worked out and shes back in again.
