No, CSC never expires. It will stay on your account until you decide to spend it. As for the Coupon Code I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think it expires.

The Ultimate Game Cards you can buy at Gamestop, for instance, will after a year, iirc. The CSC won't and the coupon codes for buying CSC with PayPal will, I think.
