When a new Subeautique line is released, is the Achievement for that line released at the same time? Or is the achievement only released later?

It depends, sometimes it's added right away and sometimes a few of them will get released all together a little while later :)

Sometimes a Subeautique line doesn't get an Achievement for collecting it at all.
