Listed as an artifact, possibly from the Fragmentizer. Says overall average price is 1.3m and change, anyone sold one in the last 6 months? (I find the strangest things hiding in my vault) Edited to add:

There was actually a Bracer for every element, released at the same time. All the others seem to sell for 800-1 mil range, so I think pricing it at 1 mil to 1.5 mil isn't unreasonable at all.
