Hi, everyone! As many of you probably know, we had a few blips with buying CSC today. Unfortunately, there are just some things that are really difficult to fully test before code goes live, and this was one of them.
For Ultimate Game Card/PayByCash purchases, you should see your credits coming through soon. They know we haven't yet correctly received their submissions to us about who has bought CSC, so they will send us the data again.
For PayPal purchases, there are two groups of you. If you purchased CSC between midnight and 5:00 pm and have not already filed a ticket, please file one so that we can get you the new bonus CSC you should have gotten with your purchase but didn't! If you purchased CSC between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm, you should already have been credited your missing CSC (along with an event), so please file a ticket if you don't have it.
Stripe payments were unaffected by either of these bugs.

I purchased 500 CSC in that first paypal group but according to my ticket I don't qualify for anything. Is there a certain amount purchased this applies to?

~ I thought it was suppose to be fixed last night. However, when I logged on this morning, I did receive a 2nd response for my ticket, but I haven't received anything as of yet.

I thought when they posted the news post with the words that we should see the credits soon that we would be getting it within the hour or something, but since then a whole day has gone already

Still no csc. :( My bad for trying to buy csc when the site was having a spazz, I guess? xD; I emailed boku yesterday and they reckon this has to be sorted on subeta's end - which I knew, but it's nice to have confirmation .__. [edit] hokays day 3. I know you guys are working on this but should I make a ticket anyway? @ GRELCA edit edit: I ended up making a ticket and they sorted it out for me in no time. :) Sorry for the superfluous ping grelca ^_^;

Sorry for the ping, but wanted to alert you that the csc still hasn't been credited from the UGC/Pay by Cash option.

I haven't heard anything in two days. Last I heard in my ticket was that they were going to talk about it with the programmers.
Sorry for pinging you, but I would love to get an update on this. I still have an open ticket because I didn't receive the csc I purchased on the first of january. I've bought it using the pay by cash option. I know the news post was telling me that it would go through soon, but it has been 5 days already now
~ Hello ~ Yes, I did get a response from my ticket on the 3rd, and was able to get my csc. I also added more cards to see if the system was working, and it has been resolved. OMGoodness, I hope you get your CSC soon ~ ^.^ ~
