I am pretty new still just a little over 2 weeks old and I was wondering if there is someone that could possibly be so kind and make me a custom profile

I like something that is evil and royal since I am the evilqueen teehee and with blue in it

I mean I can pay something just not millions of Sp's

I am not totally sure what all goes into making a profile but I am trying to come up with a story that goes along with it.
