Trying to help a friend get into the blue building but one of the requirements is a pet with an overall rating of 100

Explanation please? I'm not even sure how I accomplished that myself.

I believe it is all stats other than lvl and intel must add up to be at least 100. But it might include lvl/intel, I'm not actually sure

I was wondering if that was what it meant but you know I wanted to be certain
