Shinwa wants me to get a piece of her bracelet(nr 3) from Pete, but Pete just gives me the normal reward. Please help?

This happened to me a while ago. After three hours or so I tried again and everything is back to normal. I hope this is fixed soon.

Thanks :) I had to quit the quest and wait 24 hours. Now just hope it won't happen again :/
