Question about stat cap!

I am an old player (nearly 7 years) went on a break, now back & heard there is a stat cap?

how does it work, does it mean we cannot TRAIN past 22k, but can use stat boosters? Thanks

You can't add any stat to your pet past 22K. This number doesn't include intelligence and level.
