Dumb question, but can all types of restockable items be vended from it? (Excluding sbq.) I'm looking to vend a lot of the wearables from the Icy Goods. :)

I believe any kind of clothing/accessories/shoes/other items can be vended. Just nothing from All That Glitters, Subeautique, and a few other random shops. But you can vend items from Icy Goods. Though for better luck with that Icy Claw (the one in Arctic Frost) deals more so with that shop.
