ok.. i have a few achievements already... and i like to know how can i find out how and where to get more?

On your left in personal you got Achievements from there you get to see all your achievements and all the other achievements you don't have.

You can find achievements under your Personal tab up the top. On that page, every achievement will say how to get it.
