it happened to me too see another piece of clothing as a preview instead of what it was supposed to show. not only this, but some clothing previews just didnt show..

and on top of it, my HA seems to be wearing 2 hats i dont even think i have

Seems to be bunny ears for me. Everything wardrobe-related did just recently fritz out on me, so I'm pretty sure some new things were just added to the Wardrobe system; that usually seems to make things a bit silly for a few minutes.

Everything has the wrong inventory image right now, too. For example, if you look very closely, you may notice some discrepancies in this screenshot I took of the Steamworks Menagerie as it's appearing for me:

Unless the Yellow Ribboned Cloth Collar really does give your avatar a Baltimore Orioles logo now.
