Firefox and Chrome (both the latest) and Windows 7

[edit] this seems to have been fixed, I have now been able to pick up three items.

I've tried to pick up like four items, two new and two old, and I've gotten this error every single time

same issue, ive been unsuccessful with three items now. using safari as my browser

Same, Chrome on a Mac OSX. I'm having the problem for all the floaters, red rreign and baskets.
