All right, I'm not entirely sure this is in the right place so please move it if there are any problems.

I've been thinking a lot recently about making CWs, but I'm not sure what program is best to work on them. Any suggestions from those who have made CWs in the past? I know Bean posted a video about drawing CWs and mentioned the program she used, but it's rather old and I can't really find it anymore. So if anyone has something to say about this, it would be really helpful!
