I can pay whatever you're seeking (SP)

(this is a horrible description, and I'm not actually sure how these things work - sorry!) Her name is Sui, her character is female, and her character isn't physical, but sort of like a mental state. She is an actual nightmare, and causes nightmares by drifting in the wind into the minds of others, as she is unable to stop this state, she's an absolute mess...

that's quite a lot of freedom you've got to write about I suppose. Write about anything you want, maybe one of the nightmares she gave a person and how she watched them become anxious ect. and her feelings?

Whatever you want (: However you MUST describe what she is in the introduction, however you want (feel free to change some things, but keep teh basic idea please!) post your idea and how much you'd like to be commissioned.

I do NOT mind if you don't write a full story, leaving me a cliffhanger or anything...that's pretty cool.
