How do I get the achievements for Dance with Abigail/Cassandra/(etc)?

I've been looking around the site and I REALLY want to get these achievements. Were they for last year? Is it possible to get them this year? :)

Use the item or any other hastily written invitations for the other npc's to be invited to dance. It's from a plot 2 years ago, so... the items are a bit pricey. ^_^;
