Okay, so I have Raikou here. Still working on their actual description and overlay, but now I'm stuck when it comes to TC items. I've looked at several lists of 'Pokemon' related subeta items, and a lot of the little "pokemon look alikes" are either CWs or incredibly expensive. Not doing that. XD

I felt the need to make a smaller TC for Raikou, with mainly just items relating directly to the pokemon itself, or close enough.

Unfortunately, there's only two items right now that really fit the bill on my wishlist, not including the genderless berry which I will be using when I get one.

I also have a light subeta ball currently in Raikou's treasure, so overall I'm just curious on whether you guys think three items are enough or not?

I'm only asking because on a lot of great pet characters, there seems to be a 'more is more' type of trend when it involves the pet's TC. Am I just imagining things, or does a bigger TC symbolize 'more success and effort'? Do any of you even look at other users' TCs on their pets in the first place? XD

And if you have any more ideas that might be good for Raikou's TC, not necessarily pokemon references, feel free to let me know. ^^

I love the name c: I would try for more thunder-related items. Personally, I really like but maybe something like these could work too? I just did a quick search for the word "thunder" but you might be able to find a few more things with other words that I was too lazy to work with :P

I have one pet that I'm working on a massive TC for. I only have one TC section on my WL right now because my pets just aren't a priority at the moment, and 90% of the stuff on it is for her :P But my other pets will probably all have somewhat smaller TCs, and I think that's okay c: I do like looking at TCs of other pets, but I think it matters more how much effort you put into matching the items to your pet's personality or character rather than how many items you can shove in it x)

As for Raikou, a couple years ago I snagged them from the adoption center while refreshing. Now they weren't a golden tigrean at the time, but I couldn't pass up that name. O

Ooh that's lucky c: I haven't caught any names from the adoption center (I rarely have open pet slots though, I had one I was waiting on a name for but I realized I'll get a loyalty box before it clears so ^-^ ). And I'm sure most of the ones I've caught that I'm happy with weren't super popular anyway, most are plural and I don't really know how popular those names are but hey they stayed available that way xD

They are the one with the least 'face time' in the series compared to Suicune and Entei in the Trio, right? They both pretty much got they're own movies. XD

Except now Pokemon puts 'legendaries' all over the place, and frequently makes more than one of the same type of legendary appear in their movies. v__v So I guess that kind of makes Raikou not OOAK too? ono

Eh, I suppose that's true. I stopped watching the movies a long time ago and I don't really remember most of them either xD Still, I like him c: Entei is my favorite of those three though xD

I'm mostly fine with Pokemon adding legendaries in the games except if they're not from that region at all, but the new movies...

I actually liked Suicune the best, before I got Raikou. Now I like Raikou better, because it's interesting having a legendary that isn't as well known. It makes it much easier to base a character around a more vauge 'personality', with so little information compared to the other two. O

And everybody loves Suicune too much. >__<

Honestly Suicune is probably my least favorite :l I mean, I like it better than Lugia or Ho-oh but it's my least favorite of the legendary beasts.

I think it's cool that it can purify water and all, but I've lost all awe for it otherwise. Now I'm sorta using Raikou's character to take it out on Suicune. XD

But I'd have to say, as for the 'newer' legendaries, Volcarona isn't half-bad. The concept is really intriguing.

As for the movies, I don't know what they're doing, throwing all these legendaries from the wrong regions into the new regions. Maybe they're trying to slowly tie things together more thoroughly, by showing how such legendaries from different areas come to help each other in maintain the world's balance? And making almost all the new ones telepathic makes it easier for kids to...relate...to them?...I don't know.

All I have to state is: The possibility of 'shiny' legendaries is stupid. v__v They're not legendaries if there's more than one, first of all, and they're certainly not special if there's so many of the same 'legendary' that one actually had a chance at being born with an alternate color pattern. I don't even understand, legendaries are practically genderless as it is, just how can they produce more of themselves if breeding is impossible...

Just ugh. Sorry for the minor rant about the current state of the pokemon world. I might as well continue to work on that crafty overlay now. XD Thanks for chatting though? o3o;

I dunno I'm pretty fond of shiny Darkrai xD But yeah, it doesn't make sense as far as the anime (or movies) goes, but I don't watch those. It doesn't fit with the storyline of the game either but I mean, once you've beaten the game then the storyline kind of goes out the window so xD No problem though, good luck with Raikou c:

Hmm. Now that I think about it, I don't think Volcarona is even considered a legendary. :/ Looks cool enough to be one, though. >__>

And as for shiny legendaries, yes they look cool, but they're existence is confusing as heck. Any shiny legendary is basically dismissed as a paradox by me. XD

Overlays are hard. D: But Raikou really needs one, being a fanpet and all. O I shall persevere!
