I was curious as to how the bobble head system works. Must they be purchased out of the cash shop or are they awarded somehow?

Sorry I'm kind of out of the loop on these things...

When you buy an item from the cash shop that costs at least 100csc you get a random bobblehead. Like a free gift.

Or you can buy them as if you were buying clothes, just type in the name of the bobble head (full)and there it is.
