Can not give wizard items requested. Keeps displaying "You do not have all the items" They are in my inventory.

Does it happen after you just bought the last item? Sometimes the purchase hasn't gone through all the way if there is lag so if you turn them in too quickly, it will say that.

no I have them completely. I have refreshed the page and still no go.
